This combined rice milling machine,capacity:10-15T/24h,is a complete production line contains all parts,paddy through destoner cleaning into machine,rubber roller,husker,air separating,air spraying rice mill,continuously finish the processing from paddy to white rice.Automatic rice milling machine advantage:Low cost,High profit,High capacity,less crushing and good craft.
1) Rice finishes being cleaned by vibrating sieve, de-stoner and magnetic separator, and then through grinding roller for hulling.
2) After air blowing, entering milling machine, the paddy finishes the process of husking and milling in succession.
3) Then husk, chaff, and white rice flour are pushed out of machine respectively.
Flowing like this: Paddy Cleaning, Roller husker, Rice milling, and Polishing till Packing into bag.
